Autonomy is the second universal human need that needs to be fulfilled in order for a person to participate fully in our society.
In the scheme of minimal participation we see four intermediate needs that are related to autonomy. But, as with the 'health' need, some "nuancering" is needed. In reality it is the case that the intermediate needs can't be linked rigorously to one of those universal needs.
In Autonomy we look closer to the four intermediate needs. All of those needs we explain further the criteria, the baskets and the calculated costs.
The only thing we are left with is: 'When does one act autonomously?
