Sleep is essential for good health: it allows the body and mind to rest and recover. Our body can cope with less sleep during a limited period. When this problem is persistent over a longer period of time we suffer from complaints like irritability, edginess, ... All of them factors that influence a good sleeping habit.

Length of sleep is different for all ages. The average length of a good night sleep is 7h30min.
